Up and coming Chef's Samantha Taylor and Joelle Lazz will be delighting us with a 5 course meal that will be focused on local, fresh, and high quality food designed to remind us of the coming light and the fading dark.

With locally sourced meats, fresh grown sprouts, and hardy root vegetables we will be able to move into the coming season with the intention it deserves and say goodbye to winter with the respect it earned.

Libations:

Amrita Beverages will be offering a variety of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and paired wine. Picking low intervention and high quality wine I will be working with a Sommelier to handpick each of the bottles offered.

Using wild foraged ingredients from seasons past there will be meticulously crafted beverages with infusions of herbs, flowers essences, and minerals!
